The cupboard paper and 'Happy Birthday' diecuts are from the Kasiercraft Cottage Rose paper pad. Any grey paper that matches the card can be used under the 'Happy Birthday diecut. Raised foam stickers are used to raise the 'Happy Birthday' and the two papers under it.
